Legal

Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to orders placed on quelvani.com.

Last updated October 29, 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on quelvani.com. Please read them before you order; at checkout you confirm that you have. You can save or print this page at any time.

1. Who we are

QUELVANI is operated by WOODLAND Clothing Inc, a corporation registered in the State of Mississippi, United States. Business address: 118 Ruby Ave, Hattiesburg, MS 39401, United States. Email support@quelvani.com, telephone +1 292 262 7144. Full details are on the Legal Information page.

2. Who can buy

We sell to consumers aged 18 or over (or with a parent’s consent if under 18) buying for their own use, with a delivery address in one of the countries listed on the Shipping & duties page. We do not sell for resale and may decline orders that look like trade or bulk purchases.

3. The products

We sell Art Phone Cases, Magnetic Art Plates, Magnetic Card Wallets, Phone Straps & Charms, Grip Stands, and Earbud Cases. Cases and plate sets are made per phone model; wallets and grips are compatible with MagSafe (iPhone 12 or later); earbud cases are made per AirPods model. You must choose your model and confirm it before adding to your bag. How to find your model is explained on the Model guide.

Every case is a picture frame holding a thin magnetic art plate printed with an original painting made for QUELVANI. The plate lifts out and can be swapped. Our paintings are original works in twenty different styles (gouache, oil, watercolor and ink, acrylic, linocut, marbled paper, etching, mixed media and others) made for QUELVANI and owned by QUELVANI. Products show printed reproductions. The same painting appears across categories so pieces match.

Product images show our designs on a gallery plinth and in styled scenes; phones, cards, bags and other objects in the images are not included. Colors can look slightly different on different screens.

We do not make claims about drop protection, certification, scratch or water resistance, antimicrobial properties, magnet strength figures, country of manufacture, being handmade or hand-painted, eco or recycled content, or wireless charging through the case.

iPhone, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. QUELVANI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country, with the ISO currency code (for example $28 USD, £28 GBP, 35 € EUR). The price of each item and the delivery cost are shown before you pay.

For delivery addresses in the United States, prices exclude sales tax. If your delivery address is in Mississippi, Mississippi sales tax (7%) is added at checkout. For other US states, no sales tax is currently added; if that changes, the tax is shown at checkout before payment.

For all other countries your parcel crosses a customs border: import VAT, customs duty or carrier handling fees may be charged by your country on arrival; they are not part of our price and are payable by the recipient. We are not registered for VAT in the UK or the EU and charge no VAT. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we refund the goods minus the delivery cost we paid in both directions. See Shipping & duties for full details.

You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by PCI DSS certified payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your payment is taken when you place the order.

We do not run promotions or discount codes.

5. How the contract is made

When you press Place order and pay, you make an offer to buy the items in your bag. We confirm receipt by email straight away. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example because an item is no longer available or a price was obviously wrong), we tell you and refund any payment in full. The contract language is English; we provide translations of these terms for convenience, and you can contact us in any of the languages on this site.

You can correct input errors at every step before you place the order, using the bag and the fields at checkout. We store the contract text (your order details); you receive them by email and can see them in your account if you created one.

6. Delivery

We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday–Friday, US federal holidays excluded) and deliver to the countries, at the costs and in the time frames shown on the Shipping & duties page. Every order is tracked; you receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you named. If tracking stops for more than five business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos so we can trace it or send a replacement.

7. Returns, cancellations and your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK). The withdrawal period begins the day after you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods (or the last item in a multi-part order). You may declare withdrawal by any clear statement or by using our online withdrawal function at Withdraw from contract. The model withdrawal form is on that page.

We refund all payments you made, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending. You must send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of return unless the item is faulty or wrong. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In practice, we give all customers worldwide 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition and packaging, for a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. If you ordered the wrong phone or AirPods model yourself, that counts as a change of mind and the 30-day returns (or, in the EU and UK, the right of withdrawal) apply. Email us first for the return address. Full details are under Returns & refunds.

If you want to cancel before we dispatch, email us free of charge for a full refund.

8. Faulty goods, legal guarantee and warranties

You have the statutory rights of the country or state you live in for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. In the United States, you keep your rights under state law, including implied warranties where they apply. In the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a short-term right to reject within 30 days, then the right to a repair or replacement. In the EU and EEA, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for at least two years (Denmark: 2-year reklamationsret; Sweden: 3-year reklamationsrätt). We pay return costs for faulty, damaged or wrong items and will repair, replace or refund. We do not offer a separate commercial guarantee. Contact us first so we can put things right quickly; see Returns & refunds.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for your statutory consumer rights. Some states and countries do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Our content and the paintings

The product designs, the twenty original paintings, the images, text and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. All paintings featured on QUELVANI products are original works made for QUELVANI and owned by QUELVANI. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

11. Disputes, arbitration and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, Norway or Switzerland, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

For customers in the United States: Arbitration Agreement

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

If a dispute arises between you and WOODLAND Clothing Inc (QUELVANI), we both agree to first contact each other and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You agree to contact us at support@quelvani.com and allow 30 days to resolve the matter before starting arbitration.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and WOODLAND Clothing Inc agree that any dispute, claim or controversy will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the arbitration provider, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement. To opt out, email support@quelvani.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Your email must include your name and the words “arbitration opt-out”. Opting out has no other consequence; you keep all other rights and can still buy from us.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, Norway or Switzerland.

Complaints and alternative dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Danish consumers may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.forbrug.dk. Please write to us first: most problems are solved by email.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
