Care & safety
How to clean cases, plates, wallets, straps, grips and earbud cases, and safety notes on magnets and small parts.
Last updated October 29, 2026
Cases and plates
Wipe your case and magnetic art plate with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use alcohol, solvents or abrasive cleaners.
To clean the frame itself, lift the plate out first. Press gently on one corner of the plate until it lifts away from the magnets, then remove it.
Keep spare plates in their microfiber sleeve, away from direct heat and sunlight, to protect the printed surface.
Card wallets
Wipe the vegan leather (polyurethane) surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners and solvents.
Do not overfill the wallet beyond its stated capacity (3 or 4 cards depending on the model). Overfilling may stretch the material or weaken the magnet hold.
Straps and charms
Wipe the strap or charm with a soft, damp cloth if needed. Do not machine wash.
Check that the thin TPU tether card is secure under your case before attaching a strap or charm. Replace the tether if it becomes worn or damaged.
Straps are not designed for hanging or swinging your phone. Use them to carry your phone safely, keeping a secure grip.
Grip stands
Wipe the grip with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive materials.
Fold and unfold the stand gently. Do not force it beyond its natural range of motion.
Earbud cases
Wipe the TPU case with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
Make sure the case fits your earbud model correctly before clipping it on. The clip should close securely without forcing.
Magnets and safety
Our cases, plates, card wallets and grip stands contain magnets.
Keep magnets at least 6 in (15 cm) away from pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. If you have an implanted device, consult your doctor before using magnetic accessories.
Keep magnets away from bank cards with magnetic strips and mechanical watches, as the magnets may interfere with them.
Small parts: keep away from children under 3 years of age. Charms, clips and other small components may present a choking hazard. Do not allow children to play with or mouth any part of the product. If any part is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
Charging
If your wireless charger has trouble charging your phone, or if your phone becomes warm during charging, remove the magnetic art plate, card wallet or grip stand before charging.
