30-day returns, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, faulty items, wrong models and cancellations.

You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights.

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong model: how to return
- Email support@quelvani.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We email you the return address within two business days. Please do not send parcels to our business address.
- Send the items back unused and in their original condition and packaging. Keep the magnetic plate and case together. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of posting.
- We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Ordering the wrong phone or AirPods model yourself counts as a change of mind. The 30-day returns policy applies, or in the EU and UK the statutory right of withdrawal.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
Email us with photos and your order number. We cover return postage and offer a replacement or a full refund. This is in addition to your legal rights, which we do not limit:
- EU and EEA consumers: at least 2 years of legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
- Danish consumers: 2 years reklamationsret.
- Swedish consumers: 3 years reklamationsrätt.
- UK consumers (Consumer Rights Act 2015): 30 days to reject faulty goods for a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement.
- US customers: your rights under state law, including implied warranties where they apply.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been handed to the carrier, we cancel it free of charge and refund the full amount within 14 days, usually much sooner. If it has already left, you can return it once it arrives.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party you name, not the carrier) take physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. You must tell us by any clear statement or by using the withdrawal form. We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, once the goods are back or you show proof of sending. You send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and pay the direct cost of return. You are liable only for any loss in value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
